To RESERVE AN AVAILABLE PUPPY for your family, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit. This deposit is deducted from the total purchase prices which is due before your puppy leaves our home. This policy includes payment for puppies who are traveling to you with a transport nanny. Final puppy payments include tax on the entire puppy price. Final payments may be made with cash or card. There is a 3% fee for credit card deposits as credit card processing fees are not included in our puppy price. 

Our puppies may not leave our home until they are 8 weeks of age or older. We take very good care of our parent dogs and young puppies and expect the same of our new dog owners. If you have any questions about your new pup's care during the transition, you can be assured that we are glad to offer TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS.  

It's best when puppy parents are able to come to our home to choose and pick-up their puppy! However, we have multiple TRANSPORT NANNY DELIVERY SERVICES who are very experienced with getting pups safely home to their new parents. 

At Pond View Puppies, we believe in transparency for both the buyer and the seller. For your convenience, we've provided a PAYMENT POLICY. 

We ask that you take your puppy to see its new veterinarian within 10 days of purchase. This visit is designed to get your vet acquainted with their new patient and to give you the confidence that you received a healthy puppy from us. Since you never know when problems come up, having a great vet client-patient relationship established with your vet in case of an emergency is wonderful.
